1/3 of the time I cant take bike out of rack in Poland. So I attempt return and the app refuses. Then I have to call the number and they say "oh yes I see the bike is at the station". Why such a disconnect. Almost a great service. For now only a luxury for people who are very flexible.

Use it in Limassol, Cyprus, an its such an easy app to use and easy way to rent a bike on the sea front! Love it!

Easy app to rent a bike in pittsburgh. Bikes arent wide spread yet, but this app makes it easy to find them and rent them!

Map is slow to move. Interface is confusing and ugly. Worse off, you cant rent a bike through an app!!

Your app still looks like ios6! Please do a refresh! The map functionality should let you zoom in more, too. Come on, guys.

App shows bikes available when there are none.

The app does not show the available bikes on the map in Warsaw. You can only find the nearest (i think, its unclear) available bikes from the home screen but if youre not familiar with the city its useless. You also cannot book them through the app.

Works good in Pittsburgh. Fastest and best option for renting a bike vs kiosk or on bike cpu.

This app as stated is clunky. It is suppose to work as an alternate to the stations and falls short in my opinion. Ive tried it at numerous stations in Pittsburgh and it only works 50% of the time. Further, a global app isnt very accommodating. The stations themselves are another issue but obviously thats not their issue.

The app is poorly designed and a bit glitchy, but Ive never had any trouble renting a bike. You just tap the bike you want and the station unlocks. Nice proof of concept, but maybe consider improving the app a bit?

This is one of the worst apps Ive ever used. Poor look and feel. Slow response moving between screens. After entering my info to register I got a generic nginx error page. The translations on a lot of the buttons are non-sensical. The kiosks arent much better. This app needs a lot of work in all areas. Bike share is a great concept, but this is just terrible execution. Unfortunately, Pittsburgh is probably stuck with Nextbike for the time being. Lets hope they can get their stuff together.

App is poorly put together, is very badly translated, and looks like it hasnt been updated since iOS 2. Terrible connection to system will often tell you bikes are occupied when the bike says they are actually available. Very slow and in need of a major overhaul.

This app is the worst app Ive ever used on iOS. I cant believe the city I live in was convinced to choose this company for the bike share. The UI is clunky and horribly unintuitive. But thats just usability. It doesnt even function right. It will often claim bikes are unavailable when the bike itself says its available. It will produce random errors when clicking through screens. It wont register that Ive returned a bike. Overall 0/10. Will not use again.
