I really like the product but always felt the app fell very short of it. This update looks great - in fact, it made me so happy I actually ventured all the way to the AppStore to leave this note. Thank you for this long awaited redesign. Used the app again for the first time and it all worked flawlessly.

Renting is easy with this app

Since while maps hasnt work at all which is the main advantage of apps- IPhone 5

It works well, but in polish, on 4" iPhone the history is unreadable and in Lodz you cannot use Migawka prices through the app

The app doesnt work at all, no access possibility and registration.

This app works horribly! Really bad dont know how they dont feel shame of such a pitiful job It crashes almost with any operation really bad

After last update works horribly. Map isnt working, qr codes too, all the time logs me out.

Seriously app sometimes dont even log on, they deleted only useful thing - qr scanner, and last but no least each time iam starting app it requires to login - how sick is that :|

This app is a shame, a big mistake. This is first time I can see an app which used to be working staying with major bugs for 2 months +

Just tried to update some info in settings and Im seeing error after error after error…

With the latest update its impossible to return a bike. The only way is to phone the call center. Urgent fix needed!

The prior version of this app was clunky and not pleasing to the eyes, but it worked okay for what it was. This update presents a whole new user interface that is simple and pleasing to the eye. On top of that, Apple maps has replace the far inferior map that was being used in previous version of the app. Now locating bikes is a smooth and fun. The update is worth it! Great job to the interface and developer teams who re-vamped this app! Kudos to you! Thanks so much for your efforts!

(Poland) Ive just registered a new account and added some money to it. Ive downloaded the app, logged in using credentials from webpage registration. The app presented the screen with inputting bike number, but I firstly want to find a stop with bikes (map). Because back button was covered with refresh button Ive decided to kill and relaunch the app. It hangs on splash screen and I cane proceed. Im angry Ive paid money to my NextBike account and I cant do anything with the bikes!!!

App is poorly put together, is very badly translated, and looks like it hasnt been updated since iOS 2. Terrible connection to system will often tell you bikes are occupied when the bike says they are actually available. Very slow and in need of a major overhaul. Update ... still a steaming pile of crap wont even load past splash screen... remind me again why I even spend money on this garbage

STAY AWAY - Extremely buggy and unstable. I will be canceling my Hudson Bike Share membership because the experience is so bad! The map is almost never accurate; many stations show bikes but theres no actual bikes there... even when you refresh the app standing at the station. In addition; most of the codes dont work.

This app has a bug that frequently causes iPhone to shutdown and requires plugging in the charger to restart.

Renting a bike was super easy, and the GPS function works great. There should be a LOT more to the app, though. You should be able to see how long youve had a bike rented and how much you are currently being charged. You should be able to report issues with the bike, specific to its location on the bike. I would be happy to see something like how the DB call a bike works. There should just be more functions to the app than there currently is. Great system, decent prices, and looking forward to seeing NextBike or Fächerrad in more cities and locations (especially Stuttgart!).
